Position OverviewJoin our mid-sized personal injury law firm as the
Director of Marketing & Branding ! This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive our marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and help establish the firm as a recognized leader in the industry. If you're a creative, strategic thinker with a knack for branding, this is the role for you. Reporting to the executive team, you'll design and execute innovative marketing strategies to grow client engagement, strengthen our brand, and drive business results.
Ideal candidates have experience in law firm marketing or professional services and are ready to lead in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a marketing plan aligned with the firm's growth goals.Increase client acquisition and engagement through strategic marketing initiatives.Oversee digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and analyze key metrics to optimize performance.
Brand Management & Content Creation
Create a consistent brand voice across all channels.Lead the production of blogs, case studies, videos, and newsletters to showcase the firm's strengths.Align branding efforts with the firm's mission to connect with our target audience.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Develop client referral programs and community outreach initiatives.Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to drive business development.Strengthen client relationships with current and past clients.
Event Management & PR
Organize events, sponsorships, and partnerships to boost firm visibility.Manage media relations and press releases to highlight our achievements.Represent the firm at industry conferences and community events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).5+ years in marketing, branding, or communications; law firm or professional services experience required.Must have photography/videography experience.Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media).Excellent communication and project management skills.
