Job Title: UAT Tester
Location: Charlotte, Minneapolis, Chandler, AZ(Hybrid)
Pay Range: $48/hr on W2 ONLY!24 month contract role

What are the day to day responsibilities?
Strategy Consultant User Acceptance Tester is responsible for enabling UAT planning, contributing to deliverables, collaborating on test cases, executing tests, performing defect triage and supporting status report communications.Subject matter expert in testing and validating that business requirements have been implemented as required prior to project go-liveCoordinate and drive UAT events to test and verify that solutions and tools meet the functional and non-functional requirements set out by business stakeholders and technology partnersEngage with business, technology and program management partners to deliver UAT testing events that support and enable project deployment.Perform UAT testing activities from start to finish and proactively provide a voice to improve testingParticipate in data mining and review forum activities to understand requirements, business processes and solution designsContribute content to applicable UAT deliverables for each UAT eventSelf-Identify, escalate and contribute to resolving risks, issues, mitigations and action items to test closureContribute to defining UAT entry/exit criteria and on-going development of UAT processes and toolsParticipate in post-launch business verification testing activities
What are the top 3 must have skills?
4+ years of experience *FS background preferred but not requiredExecuting and writing test scripts and user storiesDocumenting test scriptsEffective facilitation, analytical, and reporting skill setsDetail oriented, go-getter, excellent communication skillsBachelor's degree, or relevant experience, in business and technology related disciplines
