In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our firm.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other business development strategiesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsCollaborate with attorneys and legal professionals to prepare proposals and presentations for potential clientsAttend industry events and conferences to represent the firm and promote our servicesMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunitiesWork closely with the marketing team to develop and implement business development strategies and campaignsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities and client interactionsProvide regular reports and updates to management on business development progress and resultsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the legal industry.Strong understanding of legal services and market trends in usa.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholdersSelf-motivated and results-driven with a strong business acumenProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareWillingness to travel for business development purposes
