The mission of the Retail Marketing department is to create memorable in-store experiences that educate and inspire new and loyal customers, enhancing brand awareness and maximizing shoppability.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Retail Marketing team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in setting the Retail Marketing strategy and flawlessly executing against it to bring engaging retail experiences to boutiques across our portfolio. THE ROLE
As the Senior Director/Director, Retail Marketing, you will lead the team to:
Define the strategic channel approach for our Retail Marketing programs.Bring the brand to life through a cohesive in-store experience.Deliver clear and engaging communications that attract, inspire, educate, and guide our customers.Deliver immersive and memorable brand and client activations.Deliver customer packaging that presents our product in a visually appealing, functional, and brand consistent aesthetic.Seamlessly manage and measure our Retail Marketing programs and experiences.Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Director/Director, Retail Marketing, has:
Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in Retail MarketingA commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomesThe ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the teamA dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add valueA deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operateTHE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
