UI/UX Designer/Developer
to create exceptional user interfaces for both web and mobile applications, with a strong emphasis on usability and accessibility. In this role, you will conduct user research and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating findings into actionable design solutions using tools like Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD. As a key member of our team, you will troubleshoot UX issues and ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.Key Responsibilities:UX / UI Designer / Developer* Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications, prioritizing usability, accessibility, and optimal user experience.* Conduct user research and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements that inform design decisions and product development.* Translate research into actionable design solutions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD.* Ensure designs align with project goals and meet regulatory requirements, including accessibility standards.* Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and usability testing.Back-End Development* Collaborate with development teams to integrate UI/UX designs with back-end services and data-driven workflows, utilizing Azure or AWS for scalable solutions.* Implement back-end logic using C# or Python, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality within applications.* Optimize relational databases using SQL Server or MySQL to support content management systems for research and clinical trials.* Leverage web development frameworks like ASP.NET for creating and optimizing APIs that enhance user interactions and data access.Front-End and Full Stack Development* Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using modern front-end technologies such as React or Angular.* Implement UI mockups, prototypes, and visual elements like menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation buttons to ensure a seamless user journey.* Design digital dashboards with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to enhance data-driven decision-making.* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness and cross-platform consistency, while working closely with developers on front-end and back-end integration.* Collaborate with developers to ensure the front-end interfaces effectively communicate with back-end systems, optimizing user experiences through efficient data handling and processing.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communications, or related fields.A minimum of 5 years' experience as an UX/UI Developer/ DesignerProficiency in design tools such as Axure, Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, Adobe XD, ProtoPie, Sketch, Marvel, or similar.Ability to execute complex transactional interfaces, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and templates for content management systems used in research and clinical trials.Experience conducting user research or gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into actionable design decisions for software development.Experience using web analytics data to inform design decisions.Ability to develop critical ideas and execute them flawlessly in a collaborative environment.Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.Exceptional visual and interaction design skills and craftsmanship.Strong UI skills, designing with hierarchy, usability, and accessibility in mind.High tolerance for ambiguity with a strong desire to organize it.Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
