Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience with 1-2 years of relevant work experience or

Master's Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines. and 2 years of work experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 3 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Master's Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines. and 2 years of work experience.

Relevant Work Experience

Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, required. Required

Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues who have a diverse set of experiences and approaches in order to drive business results, required. Required

Excellent organizational capabilities and proven successful management of detailed, complex initiatives, required. Required

Experience managing successful implementation of IT projects, preferred. Preferred

Experience with Salesforce, preferred. Preferred

Experience with agile management practices, preferred. Preferred

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), preferred. Preferred

Strong communications, presentation, writing and analytical skills, preferred. Preferred

Licenses And Certfications

Driver's License Required

Other: Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.

Additional Physical Demands

Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
