Role Responsibilities
OTB ManagementSales/Markdowns/Receipts/IMU/Gross Margin Forecasting based on current sales trend using TXT PlanningAttribute PlanningSummarize weekly, monthly, quarterly performance vs plan at class & attribute levels & propose action pointsStyle Count Productivity AnalysisEstablish & maintain style count plans by channel & store clusterSupport buying and production team with system and views neededSeasonal hindsights analysis to help support future buy plansSupporting buying with attribute, sizing & price point analysis to help build the new assortmentInvestment Review financial recapsMarkdown & Promo forecasting, management, and executionRole Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Planning or Allocation Analysis roleSome experience in buying or store management is a plusExpert command of retail math concepts and applicationsStrong statistical analysis skillsStrong communication skillsExcellent organizational, prioritizing and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well within a team environmentTechnical skill proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
