Anthropologie is searching for a Merchandise Planner to maximize sales by developing sound merchandise plans that support Company goals for sales, turn and margin.Role Responsibilities:OTB ManagementSales/Markdowns/Receipts/IMU/Gross Margin Forecasting based on current sales trend using TXT PlanningAttribute PlanningSummarize weekly, monthly, quarterly performance vs plan at class & attribute levels & propose action pointsStyle Count Productivity AnalysisEstablish & maintain style count plans by channel & store clusterSupport buying and production team with system and views neededSeasonal hindsights analysis to help support future buy plansSupporting buying with attribute, sizing & price point analysis to help build the new assortmentInvestment Review financial recapsMarkdown & Promo forecasting, management, and executionRole Qualifications:
