Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy for the Americas region? We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, Treasury Americas to lead and manage our Treasury Center of Excellence.
Essential Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Treasury COE for Americas region.
Develop and lead banking strategy for the region.
Lead working capital initiatives coordinating activities with finance teams and banks.
Provide Treasury support and guidance for acquisition and divestiture activity. Manage as appropriate related integration efforts.
Review and propose appropriate capital structure for companies.
Working with the cash management team and local operations develop and implement cash management processes.
Develop and implement dividend plans for companies.
Work with cross functions to develop and implement plans to effectively mobilize the company’s non-US cash.
Evaluate credit facility requirements of individual operations and implement as appropriate. Develop and negotiate standard credit facility agreements.
Manage FX and commodity hedging activities for the region.
Participate in the development, implementation and management of Holding Company and Treasury structures.
Maintain internal control environment and treasury policies.
Qualifications
BS in accounting and/or finance required; MBA preferred
10 plus years’ treasury, financial and/or accounting experience.
Direct experience with treasury processes, banking, and financial systems is preferred.
Good understanding of global liquidity and forex exposure management.
Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills. Must be able to balance multiple projects and maintain customer focus
Strong project management skills
High ability to adopt to changing work environment
Must be able to balance multiple projects with cross functional teams (Controllers, IT, Legal, Tax)
Strong attention to details
The salary range for this role is [Insert respective range for grade level $182,750-$220,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range, will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
