Job Responsibilities:Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide insights on business performance.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Analyze variances and trends to provide actionable recommendations.Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.Perform cost-benefit analyses and monitor cost performance to identify trends and areas of improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts.Collaborate with department heads to gather budget inputs and review budget submissions.
Data Management:
Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources.Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.Maintain and update financial databases and systems.
Strategic Support:
Support strategic planning initiatives with financial analysis and modeling.Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategy formulation.Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities and business ventures.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies.Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and monitoring.
Communication and Collaboration:
Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.Provide support and training to other team members on financial processes and systems.
Participate in special projects assigned by management.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Experience in facility maintenance or construction is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.Benefits:
