Job Summary:
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing our digital products to ensure a user-centric experience. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and effective user interfaces that meet both business and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Create and utilize personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide and inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups to present and communicate design ideas and user experiences effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and technical constraints.
• Perform usability testing and collect feedback to iteratively enhance design solutions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve design approaches.
Required Qualifications:
• 12-14+ years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Strong expertise in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Proven ability to create personas, journey maps, and user flows.
• Proficiency in developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using design tools.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to iteratively improve designs based on usability feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Awareness of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the UX design industry.
• Experience working on agile teams in a product development environment.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
