Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado (Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB), Colorado)
Duration: Full-Time
Security Clearance: Secret
Certification: Any one of the IAT Level II certifications (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
Customer: US Air Force
Description:Help Desk Manager.Provides daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications and applications developed or deployed under this contract.These personnel serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.Education/Experience:
BA/BS OR at least 5 years of experience.
