The County Executive Office is seeking an organized, innovative, and dedicated leader to fill the

Business Analytics Manager

position in

Santa Barbara.

This position reports to a key leader in the executive team and will be responsible for the coordination, management, and collection of data for multi-departmental projects and programs.

The

Business Analytics Manager

is responsible for analyzing existing business processes, data agreements, business systems, and data infrastructure to ensure the integrity of data countywide. This position will work collaboratively with leaders, data sharing groups, technical specialists, and business analysts. The role will collect, manage, and analyze large sets of data in order to identify, design, and implement improvements. The individual in this position may oversee complex multi-agency and/or multi-department programs, special projects, and may have supervisory responsibilities.
