Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to enhance their understanding and effectiveness.Work closely with the product owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed, prioritized, and understood by the team.Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and productivity.Foster a collaborative environment within and across teams, encouraging open communication and transparency.Monitor team performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.Serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals.Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies and provide guidance on best practices.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is required.3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.Solid understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks, particularly Scrum.Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with software development processes.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
