Job Summary:
The Data Analyst / Data Engineer / Business Analyst will provide comprehensive support in mapping critical data elements (CDE) to product data elements (PDE), gathering requirements, and facilitating data governance processes. This role will involve overseeing the execution of data contracts, tracking risks and dependencies, and performing data quality checks. The successful candidate will also collaborate with teams to assess gaps, document findings, and contribute to automation efforts while supporting SOX and RCSA controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support with CDE to PDE mapping and requirements gathering.
• Create process flows and collate evidence of SOX and RCSA controls.
• Oversee the execution of data contracts, including process flows, data lineage, and TSLA controls.
• Track project-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with the broader team in completing data mapping and element-level Data Quality (DQ) Rules.
• Assist in creating kick-off decks and associated materials.
• Perform gap assessments and raise JIRA tickets as needed.
• Support gap assessment reviews with data producers.
• Contribute to weekly and ad-hoc status reporting.
• Gather requirements and assist with testing for automation processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 5-7 years in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory risk reporting and processes.
• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements effectively.
• Understanding of data governance concepts.
• Proficiency with ETL processes and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to perform gap analyses and document findings.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to support U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Alteryx.
• Experience with JIRA for tracking and managing issues.
