Summary: We are looking for a Data Analyst with a strong technical background in Technical Lineage, ETL, data mapping, and data warehousing to join our progressive and growing team. This individual will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, accurate technical lineage-focused data solutions for critical projects, and will be responsible for driving initiatives with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can execute tasks with precision, drive projects forward, and act as a trusted resource in the areas of data integration, data flows, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Data Mapping and ETL Projects:

Take full ownership of data mapping tasks and ETL processes, ensuring data is integrated accurately and flows seamlessly across systems. Collaborate with the team to optimize and streamline data processes. Technical Data Analysis:

Analyze and transform large datasets, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data across platforms. You will conduct detailed data scans, conversions (e.g., JSON), and transformations while maintaining best practices in data management. Collibra Edge & Manta Expertise:

Use Collibra Edge, and Manta (or similar tools) to document, map, and trace data lineage. Leverage these tools to improve data governance and data flow tracking. Drive Quality & Accuracy:

Maintain a laser focus on data accuracy and quality, ensuring all data solutions meet the highest standards. Work closely with QA teams (if needed) to verify and validate data solutions. Self-Sufficient & Confident Execution:

Act as the go-to expert for data analysis work, not relying on continuous oversight or guidance. Use your strong problem-solving skills to independently deliver high-quality results while managing timelines and expectations. Collaborate & Innovate:

Contribute to Proof of Concepts (POCs) on new tools, bringing fresh ideas to improve our data environment. Work alongside technical teams to refine and improve data workflows. Support Project Delivery:

Be the first person responsible for delivering on the project itself. You'll work to ensure all components are completed on time and meet the project's goals and business requirements. Required Skills and Experience

Strong Data Analysis Skills:

5+ years of experience in a Senior Data Analyst role, with a proven track record of working on complex data mapping and ETL projects. ETL & Data Warehousing Expertise:

Strong background in ETL processes, data integration, and experience working with data warehousing solutions. Technical Tools Experience:

Proficiency in Collibra Edge, and Manta (or similar data governance and lineage tools). Familiarity with other relevant data tools is a plus. Accuracy & Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail with a focus on ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and quality in all aspects of your work. Confidence & Independence:

A confident, self-driven individual who takes ownership of projects and does not need constant guidance. You can handle challenges and solve problems with minimal supervision. Data Mapping & JSON Expertise:

Experience in data mapping, transformations, and conversions (e.g., JSON parsing or conversion). Excellent Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical mindset to understand and optimize data flows, improve processes, and extract meaningful insights from data. Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with data governance and tools for lineage tracking. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with modern data architectures. Familiarity with data quality assurance and collaboration with QA teams. Experience with agile methodologies and working within cross-functional teams. Why Join Us?
