Job Summary:

The Concierge will assist guests, patrons, tenants, or employees with personal services such as making tour reservations, offering suggestions for events, and arranging transportation.

Responsibilities

Deliver consistently exceptional and elevated customer service to all customersAdhere to company uniform and grooming standardsServe as the initial point of contact for all resident requests and concerns including in-person, phone, and/or via emailUtilize property management software (e.g. Appfolio) to assist residents and upper management with daily tasksMaintain a clean, organized and presentable working area/deskSupervise and coordinate building access to vendors for scheduled workSupervise and assist recurring vendors (e.g. security, porters, landscapers, pool service, etc.) to maintain accountability for their assigned duties and ensure high performance levels from all partiesStay up-to-date with industry standards, technology and trendsStay up-to-date with Fair Housing laws and regulationsDevelop, update and maintain operating systems and checklists to help ensure all facilities are always clean and secureEnsure accurate tracking and delivery of packagesCoordinate reservations for common areas and elevatorsMonitor Emergency Response SystemsRespond to all emergency situations in a timely mannerPossible additional responsibilities not listed here

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsMust have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patientExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent administrative skills

Education and Experience:

At least one year of hotel, resort, or apartment guest services experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation:

The estimated hourly cash salary for this role is $18 - $22 per hour depending on experience.
