Job Duties:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire new customers and drive growth in customer baseManage owned marketing channels such as SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and organic social media to increase brand visibility and attract prospectsCollaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling campaigns and marketing materials that resonate with our target audienceManage external agency relationships; provide overarching strategy and directionAnalyze campaign performance and KPIs to optimize tactics and ensure efficient allocation of marketing budgetLead cross-functional efforts to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and overall company goalsStay on top of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovationEager to be a part of a growing business, with an assertive, action-oriented approach to setting and pushing ambitious growth goals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field6+ years in a senior marketing role with a focus on customer acquisition and pipeline growth, ideally within the fashion, eCommerce or retail spaceStrong understanding of paid and owned marketing channels, including hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsDemonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive measurable resultsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decisionsCreative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
