Who we are looking for:
The Treasury Support Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of the Treasury Support Team that will provide customer support, assistance with account opening and documentation, wires and ACH questions, and any other support needs, and provide overall support to management. The Treasury Support Manager is responsible for performing in-depth analysis of financial information, preparing analysis of cash management operations and processes, and preparing reports to assist management in making strategic and operational decisions.
What you'll do:
Manage the daily functions of the Treasury Support department. This includes providing leadership and managing staffing responsibilities including hiring, performance objectives and reviews, training, and positive and constructive coaching.
Oversee the team that provides support to clients on the use of treasury management systems and services.
Develop and update training materials and user guides as needed. This entails establishing and recommending changes to policies, procedures, and processes that are in place to sustain the functions required to service and support Cornerstone Capital Bank's Treasury Management clients.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our treasury management application functionality and product offerings.
Develop, monitor, and maintain internal controls for the department
Maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers via phone and email, providing hands-on support when needed.
Mentor and grow team as it is related to Treasury Management activities
Professionally research and resolve complex escalated customer inquiries in writing or over the phone.
Develop working relationships with Commercial Bankers and Treasury Sales Team and assist with Treasury support-related items and banking relationships
Create and manage the annual review of processes, policies, and procedures
Ad hoc Treasury projects
Work independently, lead consistently, and demonstrate an aptitude for diplomacy between all levels of staff and Management.
Collaborate with all levels of Management to formulate and execute strategies to improve proficiency, and productivity, and meet division goals.
What you'll need to be successful:
5-8 years of banking experience, with demonstrated treasury management products and operational knowledge. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Treasury Manager needs to be a self-starter who has the ability to adapt to and maintain outstanding customer service in a changing environment.
Attention to detail, with strong analytical and strategic skills.
Highly collaborative individual with ability to manage relationships across various segments in the business.
BA/BS in Finance or Accounting
Exceptional business acumen with a high degree of integrity and ethics
Exceptional leadership and development skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure and with minimum supervision.
Proven relationship management skills with the ability to establish credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
Occasional travel within the Bank's network may be necessary for meetings and training.
