is looking for a self-motivated, smart, and outgoing professional to serve as a Business Development Executive to personal injury law firms. The right candidate will be responsible for growing and fostering attorney relationships by sharing the benefits of our technology, and the value of working with our company. The Business Development Executive will provide law firms with training, updates on new services and features, and maintaining current and future law firm relationships. This is a remote position, based in
Dallas or Austin, TX
and responsible for managing relationships throughout the state .
Candidates must currently reside in either the greater Dallas or Austin markets.
Responsibilities:
Develops and builds relationships with attorneys and law firms in
Texas.Reaches out to attorneys and sets schedule of weekly meetingsDevelops new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the businessEngages in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top-of-mind to encourage use of our technologyTravels throughout the state of Texas and meets in-person with attorneys to build strong relationshipsResponsible for all attorney contact including follow up, answering questions and training on MoveDocs technologyAssists and schedules plaintiffs for services as requested by attorney clientsRequirements:
High School or GED requiredJD, MBA, or Paralegal degree a plusParalegal, legal, account management, outside sales experience a plusExperience working with attorneys or other professionals a plusMust currently live in Austin or Dallas, Texas. No relocation considered.Possess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientationMust be organized, confident and passionateAbility to travel throughout the state of
