to develop relationships with our attorney clients and share the benefits of working with our organization This is a hybrid inside/outside
sales position
with candidates earning a draw plus strong commissions, in line with their ability to foster and grow relationships with Los Angels law firms. This is a hunter/farmer role. You will have the ability to open up new accounts and manage an existing book of business. Sales Experience required. No prior industry-specific sales experience is required but would be an asset.
Candidates must currently live in the greater Los Angeles market area.
Position Responsibilities:Develop and build relationships with all attorneys and leading law firms in your assigned Los Angeles territory through in-person meetings and application processingProactively set schedule of weekly meetings with attorneysTake inbound and make outbound calls to attorneys (30% Inbound /70% Outbound)Processes inbound leads through day-to-day funding/underwriting of all applications that come in through marketing team effortsDevelop new relationships with attorneys and law firms, and fosters existing attorney relationships to grow the businessEngages in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep MoveDocs top-of-mind to encourage use of our technologyResponsible for all attorney contact including follow-up, answering questions and training on MoveDocs platformGrow and maintain book of business firms and develop new relationships with law firms to increase and build initial referral business (40% book management / 60% unassigned cases)Develop attorney relationships (funded in past 12 months) to maximize origination and payback (50% of time)Fund unassigned marketing leads with lapsed attorneys in region (50%)Engage in ongoing dialogue with attorneys to keep Oasis top-of-mind and help build strong relationshipsFollow up on all marketing outreach inquiriesWork to maximize case fundings with appropriate pricing to garner positive returnsRequired Skills and Experience:
College degree required2+ years of inside sales experience with strong outbound calling and a history of successExperience managing sales through initial prospecting call to closeProven success in closing B2B sales over the phone to C-Level executives and/or decision makersExperience working with attorneys, personal injury and/or selling to law firms not required, but a definite plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listenPossess a high level of drive, self-motivation, and goal-orientationOrganized, self-driven, confident, positive, passionate, and compassionateAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with specific business goals and monthly/quarterly quotasBenefits:Oasis Financial offers competitive compensation (salary, and uncapped commission), and benefits that include medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending account and paid time off.
