Position Summary This position is responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties in support of the local Operation.
Responsibilities Completes shipment reporting process for all tickets received each day. Reviews and reconciles the open order file weekly. Assist with ordering and vouchering as required for items such as office supplies, maintenance work, Plant supplies, various monthly bills, etc. and ensures accurate completion of all orders and related paperwork. Processes in bound and outbound transferring of products (Gases) required fulfilling daily customer orders. Responsible for assisting in collections of receivables (60-120). Review the accounts receivable report and work with local TM to collect past due amount. Work to determine if credits, debits, write off's, and cylinder balance adjustments are needed. Maintenance of Customer Database as required. Perform administrative duties for the Branch, which may include writing correspondence, filing, mail distribution, answering and directing incoming calls. Processes all paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Daily utilization of computer system. Performs other duties as assigned, which may include; assisting with walk-in customers, marketing promotions, telemarketing, timecards, and month-end reports. Requirements: Associates degree strongly preferred; high school diploma/GED required. 2 - 3 years of office administrative experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in use of proper English grammar and business communication. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
