Duties include but not limited to booking logistics for our technical crew such as flights, hotel, ground transportation, expense processing, and preparation of production materials for distribution.Your Role Accountabilities...Book travel logistics for technical crew sports productionsWork closely with vendors on logistic requestsProcess monthly Corporate Meeting CardCommunicate the status of various production materialsAssist the Remote Operations Manager with tent pole eventsMeet deadlines for various items; sometimes tight deadlinesQualifications & Experience...3-5 years of experience in TV ProductionComputer literacy in Microsoft – Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience in Concur and Ariba is a plusStrong communication skillsHighly detailed orienantedStrong problem solving skillsAble to work nights, weekends, and holidaysTravel as neededThis is an Atlanta, GA based positionHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
