Our Corporate Tax department is looking for an individual to join the team for the spring 2025 semester. In this role, you will work on projects relating to quarterly tax provisions, income and other tax returns, tax research and planning, and process improvement projects.Our internship program holds an 80/10/10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or working on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment.What It Takes to Join Our Team:• Current college student pursuing an accounting or finance degree.• Minimum GPA of 3.0.• Ability to work at least 15 hours per week.• Completion of at least one tax class is preferred.• Commitment to learning and developing your skills.• Effective communication skills.• Team-focused and highly motivated attitude.• Ability to work from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.If you're interested in getting your career started on the right track by joining a company that appreciates employees and provides great learning opportunities, we invite you to apply today.
