Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead an established marketing staff in TNP’s Fort Worth office.
This team is responsible for overseeing production and preparation of proposals, qualifications, presentations, graphics, and other marketing-driven projects to support TNP’s offices and business endeavors.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coach an established team of marketing coordinators, assistants, and graphic designers. This effort includes overseeing, organizing, prioritizing, and delegating all marketing tasks and assignments.Ability to train and mentor direct reports.Assist with and lead the development and implementation of corporate marketing strategy and ensure completion of a variety of marketing initiatives including but not limited to:Strategic planningRFQ/RFP analysis, proposal prepPreparation of internal and external presentationsShortlist interview preparationInternal and external branding and logo placementEvents, sponsorships, and related collateral needsCompany communications, and other similar initiativesInternal and external website designSubconsultant information requests (incoming and outgoing)TxDOT precertificationsSocial media content development and distributionProviding responsiveness to internal and external staff and clients.Strong personal organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Provide high-level quality control (QC) reviews of marketing deliverables with an intentional emphasis on content readability, consistency, clarity, and compliance with requirements.Develop QC and other processes intentionally aimed at reducing proposal scheduling and delivery risk.Participate in client debriefs as necessary.Coordinate and interface with technical engineering staff to oversee and prepare proposals, with an emphasis on content, formatting, layout, technical writing, and proofreading.Attend kickoff meetings and participate in the development of pursuit strategy on all proposal pursuits.Periodically attend training, conferences, and meetings both in and out of state.Participate in day-to-day team operations, including hiring and team development.Where and as necessary (due to workload, outages, staffing, etc.), step in to assist and fulfill the role of marketing coordinator.RequirementsEducation/CertificationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, Journalism, Writing, or similarly related degree.ProfessionalMinimum of 7 years of AEC industry-specific marketing experience with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience in personnel management, workload management, and over-the-shoulder staff training.Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, and AfterEffectsExpert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel, etc.Proficiency with various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.Strong sense of document and graphic design.Experience preparing statements of qualifications (SOQ’s) in response to city, county, state, and private requests for qualification (RFQ) and requests for proposals (RFP).Experience with the preparation of TxDOT State (Q&R) and Federal (proposal-style) documents.BenefitsA competitive base salary, dependent on skills, qualifications, and experienceSupplemental pay for additional hours worked in excess of 43 hoursGenerous performance-based bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision insurance, all beginning on the first day of employmentLife and disability insuranceA 401(k) plan with a partial company matchA Health Savings AccountPaid time offIn-office gym, chiropractor, and masseuseAn extensive learning and development programTuition reimbursementFinancial Advising
