A Typical Day

The HR Analyst will provide metrics support in Pennymac’s Human Resources department, analyzing and reporting on all aspects of employee, team and company performance. As the Human Resources Analyst , you will perform maintenance of the HRIS to include recommending updates to tables, additional fields or functionality.

The HR Analyst will :

Manage/develop HR Executive Dashboard and all aligned human capital metrics

Develop, run and distribute various bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Write and analyze reports from IBM Cognos Business Intelligence software

Support data collection and reporting for tax and K1 partner figures

Work directly with Compensation management to develop and maintain all Compensation accruals and reconciliations

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

3+ years of relevant work experience

Advanced proficiency in HRIS; report writing tools, notable Cognos, Access, VBA and SQL

Knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles preferred, especially the application of metrics to all areas of employees, team and company performance; experience in Compensation, Benefits and/or analytics a plus

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary

$55,000 - $85,000
