Communication Specialist

will be responsible for developing letters and billing statement messages in order to comply with ongoing communication requirements related to HAMP, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA. As the

Specialist , you will be responsible for meeting with various Servicing contacts on new letter requests, developing templates, obtaining Legal feedback and approval, and overseeing implementation with 3rd party print vendors. The

will be responsible for the following: Oversee daily audit processes Daily management of print vendor relationships Track file transmissions and reconcile volumes Identify discrepancies and work internally/externally to resolve Quality and reconciliation reporting Tracking and managing vendor inventory UAT and project support Stay up to date with ongoing regulations and compliance requirements Ensure action items are followed through and completed in a timely manner Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations desired culture and values What Youll Bring:

Associates degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of relevant work experience Knowledge of mortgage banking, specifically Default Servicing (i.e. collections, work-out, foreclosure, bankruptcy, etc.) Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below: Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. Salary: $50,000 - $75,000
