Visualhouse is an international creative agency focused on creating compelling brand stories for architecture, design, and the built environment. We work worldwide with leading architects, developers, and designers on landmark projects. Each project is unique, and to each, we bring passion and expertise with our multidisciplinary creative teams skilled in 3D visualization, still imagery, film, and animation, as well as branding and interactive. Together, these disciplines form a cohesive and creative vision to produce compelling brand narratives for our clients. We have studios in New York, London, and Los Angeles.
We are currently looking for an
Account Manager
to join our growing creative team to produce exceptionally high-quality branding and marketing materials, working on both client and internal projects.
About The Role:
This position is based in
New York
and will work closely with the CEO and the Creative Director. They will be the lead on accounts and projects, serving as a trusted strategist and expert voice for clients. This individual will serve as a mentor, manager, and lead example for all account teams on client management, results, staff development and strategic guidance. The candidate will also be heavily involved in new business. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. This position requires a blend of creativity, organisational skills, and a deep passion for design and real estate.
The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-obsessed, comfortable with taking initiative to ensure processes unfold as planned. The ideal candidate is also passionate about the work we do, and the growth of the business overall.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Keynote, Pitch, and spreadsheets is required. Successful candidates will have an interest in design (or at least be interested in learning about the field). Some background in budgeting, spreadsheets and contracts is required. Must have previous agency or real estate experience.

Client Management:
You will inspire agency partnership and client confidence and seek opportunities to advance the client relationship whenever possibleProactively build and implement strategy for clientsNurture and strengthen long-term client relationships while developing new onesAct as the initial and go-to point of contact for clientsAbility to anticipate project and/or client needs to always be one step ahead of daily needsCoordinate new project scopes and briefs between clients, the design team, the production team and our third-party partnersLead, grow and oversee all account operations as they relate to the business of the agencyNew Business Development:
Proactively seek out and propose new business ideas, creating proposals and pitchingLead in responding to client RFPs and co-author proposals.Evaluate and understand client business objectives and craft strategies and scopes of work that reflect those business objectivesPull and collaborate with different divisions across the agency and office to ensure the client is getting access to the agency's network-wide expertiseConduct research for new business calls and projects as well as lead new client intake callsIdentify client issues and work with our agency partners to provide solutionsProvide honest and valuable counsel to agency teamYou will effectively collaborate with agency partnersStrategic and Financial Involvement:
Contribute to financial targets and new business growth plansAssist in operational growth strategies and process optimizationTrack budgets and maintain financial forecastsOrganize scopes and new project budgets recommending the best structures for client needsServe as a resource for the client on financial decision-making and planningOversee all billing activities for the team and coordinate with VH's finance department as neededProject and Team Management:
Efficiently organize and communicate project schedulesManage resources, including external partners like strategists and photographersSupport the partner and design team with all administrative needs, including daily correspondence, scheduling of calls, meeting set-up, travel, and logistics planningTechnical Skills:
Technical proficiency in Keynote, Excel, Google Slides, Word, and willingness to learn new software as neededExcellent skills in Google Workspace including slides, spreadsheetsExperience in Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma a bonusProficiency in English; additional languages a bonusSkills and Qualifications:
A passion for design and creativity.
