Role Overview:Seeking a dedicated Associate Director of Grants to join a dynamic non-profit team focused on making a meaningful impact within the city. In this role, you will manage a team of four grant accountants, overseeing city and state grants such as DYCD, DOH, DHS, HRA, and NY Agriculture. You'll play a crucial part in ensuring compliance and accuracy in grant billing, budgets, and revenue booking, while making sure all general ledger entries and journal postings are precise.
Responsibilities:Lead a team of four grant accountants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Oversee and manage complex city/state grants, including those related to essential services.Handle all aspects of grant billing, budgeting, and revenue booking.Ensure accuracy in general ledger entries and journal postings to meet financial standards.Utilize grant management portals, including NYC PASSport and SFS.Maintain expertise in agency compliance and reporting requirements (e.g., NY Disability Assistance).
Preferred Software Experience:
Sage Intacct, FundEZ (not required)
