Talent Acquisition Specialist

LHH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The TA Specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. This role involves close collaboration with department managers to understand hiring needs, develop strategies to attract top talent, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a passion for helping the company grow through strategic hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop a clear understanding of the necessary skills and qualifications.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, networking, and referral programs.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential candidates for current and future openings.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and setting expectations.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process and ensure accurate documentation.
Stay informed about talent acquisition trends and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve the recruitment process.
Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the talent pool.
Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or similar HR roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience with various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SHRM or PHR certification (preferred but not required).
Assignment Length
3 months (potential for extension)
Pay Details:
$24.00 to $25.00 per hour
