Our church is a place where you can make a significant impact for God's kingdom based on how He has uniquely designed you, leading the people around you to become more like Jesus and showing the tangible love of Jesus both locally and globally.As the full time Campus Operations Manager you will lead and manage the Campus Host Team that provides day-to-day support for ministry during open building hours and special events. In addition, you will provide administrative support for the operations team by processing room reservation requests, campus vehicle reservations and providing general operations administrative support for regular ministry and outside group rentals. You will also spearhead communication and accountability around staff and volunteer values and expectations, ongoing development, and the spiritual health of the team.The salary range for this position is around $62,000 - $82,000 depending on experience and skill set. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, retirement savings with company match, maternity and paternity leave, generous paid time off, mental health counseling reimbursement, and more.Job Responsibilities Manage campus room reservation requests, resource and confirmation systems, including creating digital forms and automated communication around space use as needed. Triage facility booking issues and quickly resolve conflicts as they arise.Process campus vehicle reservation requests and coordinate vehicle key pick-up and return.Provide administrative support for outside rental requests, including creating/maintaining digital facility rental request forms, follow up communications, confirmation of rental payments, event supply purchasing and monthly receipt reconciliation.Coordinate campus tours for potential renters as well as any secondary facility meetingsSpearhead event setup, tear down and participate in rental event day-of execution.Oversee the day to day management of the Campus Host, mail and dock team members, including scheduling, communication, and payroll.Continue to build a healthy team culture including values of setting the tone, embracing challenge, believing the best and following Jesus. Train and lead all campus teams and volunteers on facility use systems and expectations. And communicate all team, event, quality control and feedback updates.Coordinate the ordering and payment of operation, mail, dock, facility stock and cleaning supplies.
