Salesforce Solutions Architect/Presales EngineerPart-Time (10 - 15 hours/Week)REMOTEAbout The Role:The Plumlogix Solution Engineering team is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect/Presales Engineer to support State and Local, Small and Medium Business customers over the North America and Canada regions. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for owning the integrity and strength of recommended solutions. You will need a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and strong communication skills to effectively mentor colleagues and clients, and to convey ideas and solutions to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Research and development -

Conduct research into clients' use of Salesforce, and collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept.Direct customer engagements -

Work on business opportunities from discovery to tailored demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of solutions. Provide technical expertise during the sales process and address customer questions and concerns.One-to-many customer sessions -

Share thought leadership and solution knowledge by running live customer sessions such as webinars and customer workshops.One-to-many internal education -

Share expertise internally by running AE and SE enablement sessions and holding office hours.Asset creation -

Create highly relevant and reusable assets such as videos, demo environments.A great Salesforce Solutions Architect/Presales Engineer focuses on the following key areas:Discovery:

Work closely with business stakeholders and technical resources to understand organizational needs, and address pain points in their current efforts.Design & Deliver:

Design innovative solutions that connect business requirements with Salesforce products and deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations, workshops, or white-boarding sessions.Minimum Qualifications:Prior Experience with Salesforce - customization, automation, user experience designSalesforce CertificationsExperience working within Salesforce ecosystem, SaaS solutions, relational databases, and web technologyStrong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsOutstanding problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
