Job Description
We are seeking a motivated
Recruiting Sourcing Specialist
with 1-3 years of experience in attorney recruiting to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and engaging top legal talent to fill attorney positions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment team to source highly qualified attorneys for various legal practice areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source and identify attorney candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and other online platforms.Build and maintain a pipeline of both active and passive attorney candidates for current and future openings.Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential attorney candidates, providing detailed information about available opportunities and the firm.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to attorney recruiting.Manage candidate profiles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.Track and report on sourcing metrics and adjust strategies to improve candidate engagement and recruiting outcomes.Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining consistent communication.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience specifically in attorney recruiting, either in a law firm or in-house legal environment.Strong knowledge of attorney roles and legal industry standards.Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other digital platforms.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with legal professionals.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
