Airswift is looking for a Business Analyst to work with a major LNG Client in Houston, for an initial 1-year assignment.With experience in implementing 2-3 projects in process safety, EHS, and operations assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution. This role will require close collaboration with subject matter experts to gather high-level requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and deliver tailored solutions that ensure operational safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects related to process safety, EHS, and operations assurance.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather high-level requirements and develop project scopes.Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.Design, implement, and execute projects while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards.Conduct testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure solutions are fully integrated and operational.Provide risk assessments and recommend safety measures to minimize operational hazards.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on process safety, EHS, and operations assurance.Proven experience in managing 2-3 projects related to process safety, EHS, and operations assurance, from project scope development to execution.Strong understanding of safety standards, regulations, and best practices in the oil and gas industry.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
