We are looking or someone who combines backend engineering expertise with infrastructure / cloud experience (AWS).ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable backend systems, create robust APIs, and integrate them with frontend applications in cloud environmentsLead the full lifecycle of a cloud implementation, from development to testing of our platformBuild with empathy for our customers, balancing cutting-edge research with practical, user-friendly solutionsCollaborate with designers and machine learning experts to deliver an outstanding user experienceEnsure code quality through regular reviews, feedback, and comprehensive testingContribute to user documentation, covering design, testing, deployment, and trainingMinimum Qualifications2+ years of professional experience with scalable web applicationsProficiency in Python and web frameworks such as FastAPI, along with ORMs, databases (SQLAlchemy, Postgres), and related tools like Celery, Redis, and pytestInfrastructure experience with AWS, bonus points for TerraformBachelors in Computer Science or relatedExperience in writing and deploying integration and unit tests within a CI/CD environment
