Working knowledge of best practices in academic event programming.
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in coordinating and running events.
Demonstrated knowledge of teaching/learning technologies.
Working knowledge of academic affairs/university operations, procedures, and structures.
Knowledge of adult education principles and best practices.
Understanding of faculty lived experiences.
Demonstrated knowledge of budget processes and university business practices.
Ability to compile and analyze data. Uses evidence-based practices to make decisions.
Ability to utilize strategic planning abilities to work accurately and expediently.
Highly skilled in working with technologies used for teaching/learning/budget software/Office/ Canva/video editing/photo editing/ ZOOM / ZOOM Room AV/.
Ability to coordinate with facilities, IT, Business Services, Room Coordinators or other campus partners to plan and execute Faculty Success programming.
Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including proper use of structure, grammar, AP style, and tone, with a knowledge of writing for diverse groups.
Maintain productive working relationships with all stakeholders.
Problem identifying and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Marketing/promotion skills.
Ability to work successfully under tight deadlines.

Job Description
Coordinate the activities of a program, project, team, and/or area within a department.
Job Duties
Under the direction of the director, develop, coordinate, and implement scheduling and promotion of all Faculty Success programming events.
Use strategically-developed assessment measures to keep records of faculty participation, trends in attendance, population served, and faculty satisfaction of programs.
Coordinate day-of duties of Faculty Success programming.
Coordinate Faculty Success programming in conjunction with campus partners.
Maintain budget constraints and budget planning to coordinate program planning and maintain responsible fiscal operations.
