If you agree, you've come to the right place.Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Senior Business Analyst / SME working in USDA and FNS funded Child and Adult Care Food Programs (CACFP) or School Lunch programs. The ideal person will join a team that has over 20 years of delivering solutions in the Federal Food and Nutrition programs. The BA will manage all aspects of the business analysis lifecycle thus ensuring that Voyatek continues its excellent record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations. This role offers remote work opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of requirements elicitation lifecycle including facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, driving the requirements verification and validation process, preparing key documentation e.g. Requirements Traceability Matrix, and conducting quality control.Ensure that customer requirements are accurately reflected in the system and in documentation.Experience writing use cases and/or user stories.Use your experience and expertise to strategize with project team throughout all phases of the project lifecycle to deliver an optimal solution.Collaborate with training team to manage and deliver training to our customersWork with Quality Assurance team to ensure that solution is comprehensively tested.Provide guidance to team members and liaise with customer to address questions.Utilize best-in-practice processes in a team environment to deliver and track project solutions.Preparation of end-user documentation.

Qualifications:

Experience with USDA and FNS funded Child and Adult Care Food Programs (CACFP) or School Lunch programs.8 + years' experience working with State government agencies.8 + years of demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation, and documentation.8 + years' experience in facilitating design and use case discussions.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Communicates effectively with business clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.Expert level analysis skills including the ability to identify patterns, potential issues and then translate those into functional and test requirements.Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions.Proven track record with planning, estimating, and organizing Business Analysis efforts.Extensive experience in MS Office, VisioExperience with Microsoft TFS, Microsoft DevOps, JIRA, or similar agile project management tools.Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar discipline; or equivalent work experience.Working toward relevant industry certification (e.g. IIBA)

This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $95900 to $158,300As part of our commitment to maintaining a compliant workplace, all final candidates will undergo and must pass a comprehensive background screening prior to starting work. This screening may include, but is not limited to, verification of employment history, education, criminal records, and other relevant checks. For certain positions, additional client-specific background screenings may be required in the future, in accordance with client requirements.Voyatek does significant work with Federal and State tax and revenue authorities. If applicable, hires for these projects will be required to obtain a Federal Public Trust Clearance (Moderate Background Investigation).
