-As a Human Resources Generalist at Braden River Rehabilitation Center you will perform HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with our Senior HR Management. You will carry out responsibilities in certain functional areas, such as: benefits administration, employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, data and record-management and payroll.ResponsibilitiesPosting jobs, recruiting candidates, and onboarding new hiresAuditing time entries and processing bi-weekly payroll.Championing the center's employee enthusiasm committee, promoting employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.Coordinating the administration of benefits, FMLA, LOA, Worker's Compensation, regulatory audits, and corrective action (in conjunction with the Regional HR Manager)Educating leadership and staff on company policies and proceduresMaintaining personnel data in the HRIS.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.One (1+) years' Human Resources experience required. Three (3+) years' experience preferred.Recruiting, Payroll and Employee Enthusiasm and Engagement experience preferred.Experience working in a healthcare facility a plus.Microsoft Windows and office software experience required.Prior HRIS, ATS and/or Payroll systems experience required. UltiPro UKG, Kronos and/or a plus.Pay range and compensation package
- Starting Salary is $52,000 annually (based on experience)
