This position will be an active member of the Marketing team at Spring EQ.ResponsibilitiesManaging the implementation of new campaigns for Spring EQ partnersPerform in-depth analysis of channel conversation and ROI, making and implementing recommendation for improvementManage 3rd party marketing partnerships to drive leads and conversion objectivesDevelop and own long-term customer acquisition strategy and performanceLaunching new partner-associated campaign strategyMaintaining ongoing marketing partner relationshipsUsing a data-driven approach to buy leads for a consumer direct businessAnalysis of unit economics for each partner relationshipMeasuring and adjusting the campaign strategy for each partner to drive efficient cost per acquisition and sales volume goalsCollaborating with team to launch and optimize omnichannel campaignsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business required or equivalent Marketing experienceExperience and strong skillset in marketing analytics and decision makingHubSpot mastery is a plus, experience with a CMS and automation tools is essentialExperience working with Tableau a plusExperience identifying, optimizing, and managing multiple lead sources and aggregatorsProven experience in managing a marketing partner relationship in a B2C environmentExperience developing, launching and optimizing content marketing campaigns a plusHigh proficiency in Excel and data-driven conclusionsDemonstrated ability in managing partners and associated campaigns to cost per acquisition and volume goalsComfort in creating or analyzing economics to support a negotiationCollaborative and able to partner with team members across the marketing group and companyAbility to multitask, problem solve and efficiently manage timeThe ideal candidate will be well organizedStrong communication and relationship building skillsTime is money - At Spring EQ we recognize the importance of working with a sense of urgency.
