Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington.Duties:Optimize the customer experience by ensuring timely resolution and proactive results for the dealer channelReview and authorize applicable creditsReply to and resolve dealer questions and internal business partner emailsReceive, enter, and validate customer orders, reserve inventory, and determine delivery datesGenerate, analyze, and monitor open order reports to validate system integrity, SLAs, EDI, and IDOCsEstablish and maintain business relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning to ensure on-time delivery and address backorder, picking, shipping, and capacity issuesAggregate and review data to collaborate with Allocation Planning, clear backorders, execute planning cycles, build loads, release orders to the distribution center, and manage the daily open order review process with key channel managersResolve return exceptions, coordinate adjustments with Finance, Channel Managers, and customers, and authorize replacements or creditsIdentify root causes of process failures and implement process improvementsDesired Skills/Experience:1+ year(s) of supply chain experienceUnderstanding of supply chain systems and structuresStrong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and within teamsAbility to connect work in functional area upstream and or downstream in supply chainPractical knowledge of Sales and Operations PlanningWorking knowledge of Excel, basic formulas, pivots, etc.Experience in SAP ECC/fulfillment systems preferredBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
