We are seeking an experienced Software Product Manager passionate about creating products that customers love. In this dynamic role, you will join a fast-paced, start-up environment, working with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy products that align with our vision and strategy.You will lead the effort to understand user needs, define the product roadmap, and work closely with our development team to bring our products to life. Please apply only if you are able to meet that requirement.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand user needs and integrate them into the product roadmapDefine and prioritize product features and requirementsSet sprint goals and detail user stories for the development teamCollaborate with developers to ensure product features are accurately implementedAnalyze data to validate product goals and adapt strategies accordinglyPartner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvement in the product experience.Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of featuresTest and accept delivered product features based on user storiesCoordinate product release launchesTranslate user feedback and research into actionable insights for product enhancementOversee the Agile/Scrum development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software releases.Requirements and skills5 - 7 years of proven experience in product management.Track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle including releasing product versions/ releases to production.Good understanding of DevSecOps, AWS Cloud Services, and CI/CD pipeline.Ability to develop product and marketing strategiesSolid technical background with software development and web technologies understandingEffective collaboration skills with software development teamsExperience in a start-up environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred MSc/BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
