In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient AEM-based applications that meet client requirements and business objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture and design of AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needsDefine technical requirements and specifications for AEM projectsDevelop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflowsCollaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsGuide and mentor development teams on AEM best practices and standardsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality and performance standardsProvide technical leadership and support during the implementation and deployment phasesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM implementationsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including hands-on development and architectureStrong understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, OSGi, JCR, and workflowsProficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologiesExperience with integrating AEM with other Adobe products and third-party systemsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practicesPreferred QualificationsAdobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEMExperience with cloud-based AEM deployments (e.g., Adobe Managed Services, AEM as a Cloud Service)Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or AngularExperience with CI/CD tools and processesUnderstanding of web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing conceptsAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
