As an SDE3, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and reliable software solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. You will also mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices and processes.Responsibilities
Transforming design mockups into complete web applicationsDevelop secure and high-quality production codeParticipate in code reviews and debug code written by othersCollaborate with team members to build full stack web applications and services using the latest web technologies in a dynamic and agile environmentDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality software solutions using various technologies and platformsFollow best practices and standards for coding, testing, documentation, and code reviewTroubleshoot and debug complex issues and provide root cause analysis and resolutionParticipate in technical sessions for continuous growth and share knowledge with teamsRequirements
Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent5 years of professional software engineering experience in web, mobile, or cloud applications4 years of experience with React development skills5 years of hands-on experience with frontend development using JavaScript, HTML5 or CSS3Proficiency in CI / CD processes4 years of experience with modern web/UI development tools and techniques such as Node, Webpack, Grunt/GulpSkilled in responsive web design and UI implementationExperience with Azure Cloud applicationsPreferred Qualifications
Experience with DOM manipulation and client-side validationExperience working with jQuery and other JavaScript librariesSolid knowledge of React and Redux principlesFamiliarity with TypeScript and NextJS is a plusExperience with C#, .NET highly desiredAbout ReplyReply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media.
