You will be responsible for overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and architecture to testing and deployment. You will also mentor and coach your team members, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.Responsibilities

Lead a team of software engineers to deliver software projects on time and within the estimated timelinesManage the development of scalable, reliable, and secure software systems that meet the client’s requirements and expectationsImplement and enforce code quality, testing, and documentation standards and practicesReview and approve code, design, and architecture decisions made by the teamProvide technical guidance and feedback to the team members and resolve any technical issues or challengesCollaborate with architects, project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize the project scope, goals, and deliverablesCommunicate and report the project status, progress, and risks to the senior management and clientsResearch and evaluate new technologies and tools that can improve the software development process and performanceMinimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field8 years of experience in software development, with 3 years of experience in leading software development teams5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .Net, and Azure2 years of experience in developing web, mobile, or cloud-based applications using modern frameworks and technologies, such as React and AngularExperience in applying software engineering principles, such as object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and testingExperience in using software development tools, such as Git and JiraStrong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as agile, scrum, or waterfallAbout Reply
