Essential FunctionsAnalyze sales and supply chain data to uncover trends and anomaliesDevelop predictive models and create dashboards to support business decisionsCollaborate across departments for data preparation, preprocessing, and actionable insightsDuties and Responsibilities
Work across departments to enhance data collection processes and improve data usability, ensuring data is actionable and integrates effectively into advanced planning modelsCollect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources using Alteryx and Snowflake, maintaining and supporting the data architectureDevelop and implement machine learning models for sales forecasting, inventory planning, production scheduling, and supply chain optimizationBuild and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to present findings and insights, effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholdersMonitor and evaluate model performance, refining models as needed to improve accuracy and reliabilityRequirements
Education/Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field2-5 years' experience in a data analytics rolePreferred:
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related fieldKnowledge, Skills, Licenses, Certifications, Etc:
Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExperience with machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniquesHands-on, working knowledge with Python (e.g. Pandas, sklearn) and SQL in a data analysis capacityExperience with demand forecasting is a plusBasic knowledge of Tableau or a similar data visualization toolExperience with Alteryx and Snowflake is a plusAbility to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesPhysical Demands
