Job Overview:Are you passionate about cars and love connecting with people? Join our team at New Motors Subaru as a Subaru Product Specialist! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on Subaru’s latest features and technology, helping new Subaru owners fully understand and enjoy all the capabilities of their vehicle. This position is NOT A SALES position.
Responsibilities:
Meet with new Subaru owners to review and demonstrate the features of their vehicle.
Educate customers on how to optimize the functionality and performance of their Subaru.
Answer questions regarding vehicle technology, safety features, and general usage.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Subaru products, features, and updates.
Provide an outstanding customer experience and ensure customers feel confident with their purchase.
Qualifications:
Passion for Subaru vehicles and commitment to learning new automotive technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Willingness to become a product expert on Subaru models.
