Informatica Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer to handle extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes using Informatica version 10+. The role involves resolving root cause issues in data processing, designing parallel jobs, and ensuring best practices in data warehousing and business intelligence. The candidate will also troubleshoot failures using a scheduling tool and provide resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ETL using Informatica v10+

• Troubleshoot data issues and resolve root causes

• Design and develop parallel jobs using Informatica

• Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries

• Familiarity with DBMS concepts, particularly Oracle

• Prepare design documentation for review and maintenance

• Troubleshoot scheduling tool failures and provide resolutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in ETL development

• Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter (v10.4 or 10.5)

• Strong SQL coding and PL/SQL skills

• Familiarity with DBMS, preferably Oracle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence best practices

Certifications:

• Informatica certification is a plus
