is seeking a Manager of Member Relations to join their growing development team. This role will be donor-facing, and will be responsible for cultivating value-focused relationships with current and prospective partners.ABOUT USThe Seminar Network

Ten Guiding Principles that encourage principled thought and action form the MBM® culture: Integrity, Compliance, Value Creation, Principled Entrepreneurship, Customer Focus, Knowledge, Change, Humility, Respect, and Fulfillment.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and build upon relationships with current donorsIdentify, cultivate and solicit prospective donors to grow existing donor baseDevelop a long-term cultivation strategy for donor portfolio, utilizing events, referrals, and other opportunities to build lasting relationships.Connect our partners with the opportunities that best meet their interestsWork with Development Associate to systematically track and manage portfolio opportunities, relationship details, and results.Drive donor meeting follow-up; including regular donor communications, thank you notes, and procurement of gifts.Work with network leaders to promote state and national projects.Assist with major donor events as needed.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.Five years’ professional experience; could include but not limited to fundraising, business development, high-end sales, or external relations.Ability and willingness to aggressively travel.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a changing environment.Integrity, humility, and an entrepreneurial attitude.A positive attitude and a sincere interest in providing good customer service to our members, partners and state chapters.A firm commitment to advancing every individual’s right to economic freedom and opportunity through free markets.
