The primary responsibility of the Talent Attraction Marketing Specialist is to support the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. The specialist will leverage expertise in digital marketing and recruitment to enhance visibility, improve candidate experience, and support recruitment efforts in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications
Education: 4-Year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Substantial years of experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience: 3-5 years in recruitment marketing or related fields strongly preferred, with a focus on talent attraction, lead generation, digital marketing, social media, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.Substantial experience as a Novant Health team member may be considered in lieu of specific experience.
Additional Skills (required):
Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital and social media advertising, employer branding, campaign management, and recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, Appcast, etc.
Data Analytics: Strong ability to analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and campaigns.
ATS and CRM: Knowledge of ATS platforms for career site development and CRM utilization.
Email and Automation: Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
Collaboration: Ability to work with HR and business stakeholders to develop recruitment marketing plans.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for strategic digital marketing campaigns.
Organic Marketing: Experience with organic marketing needs such as email campaigns and print collateral.
SEO/SEM: Experience with SEO and SEM strategies and keyword research.
Analytics Tools: Proficiency with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Additional Skills (preferred):
Experience in HR Communications: Experience in HR Corporate Communications, Talent Intelligence, or Customer Engagement.
Project Management: Proficiency in managing projects from strategy to execution.
CRM Tools: Experience with CRM tools, preferably iCIMS.
Microsoft Office: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
