Synopsis
As part of an active strategy of growing and further supporting clients requiring ESG support in MandA/Transactions, SLR International Corporation is seeking a Principal Level Consultant to support the delivery of ESG advisory services in our growing Financial Sector throughout the US, especially in the east-coast and mid-west areas. Qualified candidates will have proven experience providing ESG advisory services to support new and existing clients with transactional, divestment, merger and acquisition, and ESG business needs. Successful candidates will possess ten or more years of experience in the area of ESG advisory services. This position will provide an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international multi-disciplinary consulting organization, working within a unique 'one team' culture.
Required Experience
Bachelor's or master's level degreeProven experience in providing fast-paced due diligence consulting services in one or more of the following: environmental; health; safety; and social consultingAbility to provide ESG advisory services aligned with client requirements and to communicate in a confident, clear, and articulate mannerProven capability to deliver work products within an expected timeframe and cost-frameworkStrong time management and ability to manage multiple assignments on varying and expedited schedulesDemonstrated experience in business development and client managementExperience in working within and managing multi-disciplinary ESG teams, with experience in international transactions preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office suitePossess a valid US driver's licenseAbility to travel by airplane and car, including occasional overnight travelAbility to work within a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in a supportive and positive manner

Responsibilities
Manage, prepare and deliver ESG advisory services in the financial sector (and other sectors as appropriate) to support clients in making business decisions such as those associated with mergers and acquisitions, re-capitalizations, divestments and external reporting related to ESG and other compliance requirements. Roles will entail the development and safe completion of work scopes in conjunction with the client, the preparation of report deliverables, the presentation of findings, and the submittal of recommendations to assist in decision-making associated with a broad range of business activities. Some national and occasional international travel is to be expected.
